no problem, Iam attending these sessions since last year in IL last sunday they offered seminar. In the seminar there was a an American lady with cancerous tumors she said after practising yoga there is remarkable improvement(may be it was in early stages) Arun Tandon's speech and his way of teaching is excellent. Please dont make fun of this post this is for people who want to practice yoga for their health and overall general health, weight loss etc etc.. if you are interested in Yoga, Pranayama there is a group who offer free classes every Wednesday in Michigan do you want to attend they are in Portage, MI I dont know your location in MI or you give your email id I will send you the link they practice Pranayama and yoga based on Ramdev Baba of Himachal Pradesh Pantanjali |
