I advise is not to go to any counselors or any Psychartist or any Desi doctors they exploit captalize your weakness and try to squeeze money. My experience is always go to the local support groups they have it in hospitals and churches, people who face similar problems health wise or financial wise or you name it they all get together and talk what all they went thru and how they came out of it. This helps a lot, our Indians think yenti Church support groups hospital groups ki vellala manamu emaina christian matastulama they take it in that way but those people give so much encouragement. If you tell any family members or relatives or Indian society they create more problems, unless you have a best friend or cousin. mana vaallu inka pundu meeda kaaram challutaru, India da ka vellipotundi news. it is just my experience Iam not asking or telling others to follow me but it did help me. | ||

I know depression is very dangerous especially in this country unlike in India we have neighbors, temples, festivals some activity around us or someone or the other to talk to. But life is different, here I see many people going into depression. That reminds me about the 2 cousins who died --- till now no one knows what the truth is. Many said Vikram Reddy was in depression. Last year in Chicago suburbs one young mother took her life and 2 beautiful kids she poured gasoline and burnt them and self. another gujju fellow burnt 2 boys we are hearing a lot in Indian community. Turning to spirutial or worhip and doing puja I think will give some strength to this depression people. this is my belief | ||

Depression loki velthe ..chala danger...some wont share their thoughts to others and depression might lead to anything... one of my cousin went to depression for 1 to 2 months and did not answer any of our calls..he usually replys after a week or ten days in usual days ..thats why we (cousins) didn't understand his situation..he only called his parents but acted as if he was normal...good that he didn't do anything to himself... you never know ..depression is dangerous ... | ||

It doesn't look like joblessness is the sole reason behind these killings...he is a partner in a company which is in losses...no job for months aggravated the situation and became an immediate catalyst...he does have other big losses beyond recovery, which are undisclosed to media so far...
