yeah. Railways is hell bent on the land to get market rate of 40000 per Sq yard. govt agreed 7K per yard two years ago and still negotiating. They are fighting since two years. As per law, Railways is part of govt.. there is no need to pay compensation for govt land for another govt department as per the law. however, the understanding was to give compensation as a private party is due to prime land. They tried to convince the railways through CM and Railway board and all.. they did not agree for only one reason they want old Gandhi hospital land for free in return. Which MCH did not accept. So when collector initiated the law to acquire land for public development.. they went to high court for settlement as no money is paid if it is taken by law. Even when case is under review, they again did outside negotiation for 20K sg yard last two weeks back. High court gave strong warning to railways why they took U turn without informing court when arbitration proceedings under way. Now the issue is with High court arbitration team and Railways.. As soon as they agree on the rate.. they will give up the land. I am hoping this will happen soon. already major 140+ private parties agreed for settlement last week with high level negotiations and benifits to those people who lost land. The problem with Railways was so deep that they stopped providing land for pipeline also with this dead lock situation. DC made it an headline issue and then Railways reacted to it. | ||

Railways valladi chaala issues unnai..What the Government did was ..it took away their land and wanted to give Government Rate..while SCR wanted Market Rate for the land.. Eventually when Krishna Water pipes had to be laid under the Railway bridges..to supply water to the other parts of the city...like Marredpally and beyond..the Government had to yield to the Railway pressure.. I think now finally they are in agreement or very close to agreement.. | ||

i know about this website. this guys used to give reliable information. but the latest report seem to be false. a person did road trip last month and per his words, one way strech of 4 lanes is ready from gachi bowli to rajendra nagar x roads on NH7 where the recently opened D junction. i dont understand why he providing completely opposite information. i know that member and he is 100% reliable. | ||

RajuSK: Where did you get this news? It looks like old imaginary writeup. Check ur sources before posting such baseless news. Govt is ready to open up atleast 4 lane strech from Gachibowli to Shamshabad by Nov 14th. I am following the progress of this ORR since one year and it made huge progress for the past 6 months as huge pressure mounted on the construction company with airport operational and people facing issues. A visitor to the Road Project, will be struck by lack of manpower and machinery. Its, as if the Contractors have lost interest and are just scrapping around. There are bridges /culverts to be made at several places. At Manchirevula, we expect work to take at least an year with major bridge to be built and even excavation has not been done yet for part of the road. The worst stretch is from Aziz Nagar to Rajendranagar Hillocks. Here, the Road runs parallel to Himayat Sagar on elevated platform and then enters into the Hill. The Hillocks need large scale rock cutting and excavation, even now. Almost 2 Km stretch is in a very bad shape. We can not expect connectivity unless this stretch is completed since there is no way, a bypass can be built. The Terrain is very rugged with rocks and sloping hills. The way work is going on (at such slow pace), we can not expect this portion to be ready before 2011. Projected completion dates Guchibowli to Nanakram Guda - December 2008 Nanakramguda to Puppalaguda - March 2009 Puppalaguda to Narsingi - May 2009 Narsingi to Manchirevula - June 2009 (except Flyover across Gandipet Road) Manchirevula to APPA - April 2009 Hence Guchibowli to APPA - JUNE 2009 Without flyover across Gandipet Road APPA to Kismatpur Excluiding APPA Flyover - June 2009 Kismatpur to Rajendra Nagar Hillocks including Bridge upto Hill - October 2009 Hence Connectivity from Guchibowli to Airport with 4 lane roads- January 2011 or Later Rajendra Nagar Hillocks (Deep open tonnels with Embankments) - January 2011 Rajendra Nagar Hills to Bangalore Highway - October 2009 Bangalore Highway to Airport (connection) - June 2009 Hence to APPA Airport- January 2011 or Later depending on mobilization of workers / machines etc BTW..ee motham article lo ekkada Jayabheri vallu addam vacharu..court cases vesaru ani rayaledu..this is an independent real estate broker website.. |
