Light veyyadaniki akkada power undali kada..total Power Cut (for AIG ).. The Power is now in the hands of Fed with a 80% stake.. It gave 2 years to AIG to sell of all the units and give back the loan of $85 billions.. Which means instead of AIG selling everything today saying "rasthe ka maal sasthe me" ..it can slowly sell..that's about it.. That is my limited understanding of what the loan meant..If I am wrong..feel free to correct me.. | ||

Yep- warrants in parent company and state regulated subsidiaries-some of which are profitable (?) Tax-payers will end up paying the difference if AIG cannot liqidate assets and make good on the loan - what will the warrants be worth if that revival does not happen?
