KKD, A totally unrelated question to the topic in discussion..but did not want to start a fresh thread for a simple doubt.. the other day you said that 20 minutes of Cardio is required whenever you workout..otherwise it ain't worth it ani...is it continously 20 minutes or split into 2 parts in the same workout is also OK..do you know..or can you find out please? for example ...if I run for 15 minutes on treadmill and then workout and then do about 10 minutes on elliptical is that considered OK?
