If T is given, it could be emotional for current generation of SA...But will be a great and developed state in future generations, as current leaders will work with commitment due to emotions than playing by numbers.... If T is devided from AP, the current generations of T could be feel happy, but it will go back into stone age in future generations as most of the investors in T area are from SA. And also, the leaders are real exploiters. Also, the fight will take back Hyd to another 20 years back as its already 10 years back compared to other metros....
