If govt really wants it, how can they not provide?

May be not today - but, it wont take too much time if govt really wants it.

more over, it is even easier with UHC as everything is stored electronically vs on paper.

They are doing it for all the med insurance customers except UHC....UHC is a private entity that is built on trust and value of the customer...If you don't trust, you can never trust anyone.

One of the reasons the govt wants this extreme control regarding health care records is so they can mandate the RFID chips. Our entire lives will be then tracked and recorded like the human lab rats we have become..! If you are UHC, chances are very high that your info will be safe guarded at all the times.
