may be it is nasty due to all that traffic. Heathrow is the worst airport in my experience. it is also in top 3 or 5 alkyl these years. size or traffic does not make an airport better. same thing applies to cities too. They do - baggage gets a priority tag, this is a old practice of all airlines. And for immigration clearance, some airports have separate counters for Business class. For instance, Delhi T3 has a separate customs line for business class. I have seen that in a few other airports. | ||

Mari lounge purpose enti, if there is no food to eat and drinks are paid (for those want to quaff a bit)..internet nowadays is free everywhere..so what is the purpose of a lounge (at least in the US), the airport authorities might as well use the space for some other purpose...

They are just trying to conserve costs which is silly. Why would someone pay 3-4 lakhs for a ticket and not get some basic service. They would take an airlines that offers better service. Am sure if we go to a KLM or Air France lounge, they would offer lot better service. Worst lounge i have seen - leave aside airports like Qatar, Dubai, Paris, even the Indian lounges are better. Delhi lounges is awesome, food fanastic, Manchiga food pedathadu...thage vallaki adhi kooda untadhi...ika mundhu ee US lounges ni byepass cheyali, metta na kodukulu...Inka flight lo ayithe cheppsavaram ledhu, andaru ammamalu unnaru air hostesses. They make the Air India hostesses look like kids..i feel ashamed to even call them and ask them for service. Aa age lo service cheyatam enti...
