The problem is that the culprits are escaping punishment for various reasons. It looks like people have to be from very low social background or there must be insane amount of public/political pressure to grant punishment. Without regard to social status or age, state governments must execute swift punishment for rapists, and the most effective at this time is execution. It's not a matter of knowing right or wrong. At this time, it's a matter of knowing if I will get away or not get away, for these culprits. | ||
