hoe many times do you celebrate your birthday each year? ...so veeti lekka koodaa same parameters lo.... nen basic gaa meat fish eating kee ekkuva preference isthaanu compared to the ones you listed will eat half dozen crabs, 2 lbs whole fish rather than a box of sweets indian food lo puri and co is most barbarious we dont cook indian tiffins and snacks at home...too much effort compared for too little demand oka vela chesina i will eat stuff like pesarettu, or uthapam without rice flour etc i love sambhar...but wont eat dozen idlis with it will have a huge bowl with little bit of rice/oats deserts - non indian vee mostly chocolate based...month kee oka half serving at max summer lo fruit and whey loaded smoothie made at home daily instead of icecream avakaaya, neyyi, vedi annam...DB posts and telugu cnmallo baaguntaay baatamline : it is all about preferences yes I eat rice everyday! JP_rox 160 range lo unnappudu 15 lbs ( 10-12%) are easy to loose even though you are sth like skinny fat then starts struggle sticter diet and change in workout needed...really struggling nen iffud negast month desham trip okati ...chess |

White rice avoid cheyyanavasaram ledu.. but not good to eat like kumbalu kumbalu.. if you cannot avoid ..eat smaller and only afternoon. are eat once or twise in week.. not daily.. go for non processed rice like brown rice.. roti or brown rice is fine.. rice ni avoid cheyyalani ledu.. white rice ayithe takkuva tinali..mari tinakunda ante.. scarcity anipinchi edo oka roju kummestam..so edi perm ban cheyyakandi |

RUJ bhayya if u r a meat eater u can eat lean beef, Eggs, Fish (wild caught) , Chicken breast etc for Protein.. veggie ayithe protien comes with Calories and carbs so not much options.. Beans (thinte pittulu ekkuva) quinoa (very good but not good tasting) Greens (not much protein) |
