I am live example of similar situation. H1 6 years completed on May 25, 2013. Decided to start GC process in May 2012. Prevailing wages filed in June 2012. Advertisement placed in July 2012. All paper-work put together by Sep 2012. PERM filed on Oct 25, 2012. PERM approved on Feb 07, 2013. I-140 filed on May 13, 2013 in premium. I-140 approved on May 21, 2013. H1 extension beyond 6 yrs filed on May 24, 2013, for 3 more years in Premium. H1 extension approved on May 31, 2013. indulo ekkada late ayinaa, I had 8 to 10 weeks of India-time on my passport, that I can Recapture until Aug, 2013. Wife is into her 6th year H1..H1 is valid till Apr 1 2014.. inka labor file cheyyaledu... so assuming the process starts from july 1st week...what are the chances her getting labor before Apr 2014. Can her employer use any exisitng advertisements which may suit her skillset? are there any other ways to expedite this process? |
