I am no doctor bro..tired ayipothunav ante it depends on your activity level kada..entha sepu adathav, entha intense ga adathav....light gaa aadi kooda tired ayipothunav ante sure gaa undereating issue (assuming u dont have any issues in ur body)..

excercise ante malli same thing, u can workout with less intensity and get less tired, or do the opposite.. nee hands lo undi.. if u ask me eat more and move more.. that will solve ur issue..dont be afraid of getting tired, just make sure u eat before and after..chornic under eating disorder emo neeku ani naa doubtu..
