Botsa Sends Anti-Kiran Report To Delhi Bosses After a brief lull, the dissidence in the Congress party has picked up once again and the high command is once again being flooded with reports and complaints against one leader by the other. Pradesh Congress Committee president Botsa Satyanarayana, who is now leading the pack of dissidents, on Friday send a detailed report to the Congress high command in Delhi complaining against the hegemonic attitude of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy in announcing one populist scheme after the other without taking his cabinet colleagues into confidence. In his report to AICC in-charge of Andhra affairs Ghulam Nabi Azad, Botsa explained in detail how Kiran was taking decisions unilaterally on important schemes without even briefing the cabinet colleagues, who had to cut sorry figure when media persons were asking them about the schemes. The chief minister was not even discussing with the cabinet the pros and cons of the implementation of the schemes. He also included media clippings and the views of some ministers like K Jana Reddy, Damodar Raja Narasimha, D L Ravindra Reddy and Vatti Vasanth Kumar on the latest scheme – Bangaru Thalli. The PCC chief urged the high command to rein in the chief minister so that there was a perfect coordination within the cabinet and also the party and the government.
