naadi late-2011 model. memory 4 GB - > 8 GB nene chesukunna. Came with 1 TB hard disk, so upgrade avasaram ledu. Newer machines come with SSD, so can't upgrade disk space. Memory upgrade is easy. | ||

Why do you want to mix work, home, entertainment into one machine? All my work related tasks run on work laptop. I do run RSA, Weblogic, WebSphere, Oracle server at the same time. My windows desktop, iMac handle all the home work including photo/video editing. My windows, mac laptops are just light weight machines. I don't run much software apart from MS office (just in case), browsers. People look for deals, spend a fortune on latest & greatest, put everything and kitchen sink on it, get burned. Divide and conquer!! | ||

Intlo home server (2003 edition) hardware undi... adi lepesi, "Windows Server 2012 Essentials" chesaa... it gives remote access and VPN out-of-the-box. Once I VPN into home, I can RDP to other physical or virtual machines. Works fine. This server backups my other home machines (desktops/laptops) on schedule or ad hoc basis. If any of my machines crash, I can replace hard disk and restore anytime. | ||
