its very very simple...never pay money to anyone to jailbreak/unlock the iphone. i just unlocked my iphone during weekend using iliberty+. - if you have old generation iphone (not the new 3G), then mostly its firmware will be 1.1.4 version or lesser. use ziphone or iliberty+ to unlock. it hardly takes 5 mins. - i guess the new 3G has come with 2.0 firmware. people just started or just now find out the locking process for this too. but just keep one thing in mind..AFTER UNLOCKING NEVER EVER UPDATE THE FIRMWARE. once you unlock the phone just continue using..thats it. if you connect to itunes it will ask you whether you want to upgrade...but you never upgrade this. if you upgrade a Unlocked phone, then it won't work after the upgrade. to make it work again, its very tedious and lengthy complex process. if you have any questions let me know, i am glad to help in unlocking.. | ||
