 I never quoted a price, that is not my type. There can be always be overshooting on the downside (and it can down to 1000 also, who knows) and the upside. My fundamental point i have been making since long is that it is illogical to believe that any asset class can only go up and never go down. This belief struck root over the past few years with everyone jumping into gold. I will put RE into the same bucket, the first gyan you hear from any T,D and H is that RE can never go down. That is such bollocks..Take gurgaon and NCR right now, the prices have shot up around 30-40% over the past one year, rental yields are less than 2%. I would not be too surprised if prices take a dip here. But i will not put a number or a time to it... | ||
