Its good.. just make sure its not assigned land. all nambur area is mostly assined, thats why dev got stopped there.. otherwise great potential | ||

Any idea on 'Namburu' area near Guntur? Is it a good place to invest on land (plots)? What is the growth potential? Someone we know have started a venture there. Thinking of investing in few plots. TIA |
