it depends .. I started only a year back.. I was barely able to lift 80lbs back then.. freshers easy ga stack cheyochu 5lbs 2 weeks ki with good diet.. but yes the curve slows down mid-way.. 150lbs body weight vundi 150lbs bench chesthe mid-way anukovachemo I am not sure.

u need good fats in your body for brain functioning and body joints and other things.. I see my abs while eating protein (170 gm) plus 80 - 100 gm of fat with lots of veggies..less than 50 gm of carbs a day..

basically it boils down to eating less than your maintenance calories while keeping your protein high and making healthy choices..

last ga sodium is not all that bad..sodium leni diet thinte kooda problem le. ala ani fulllllllllllll of soidum thinna bonge..what i meant is dont stress too much on sodium unless u have a pre condition..assumption enti ante meeru ishtam vachinattu kummithe matram tagginchali..

i dont eat indian style food at home, so naa sodium anta dairy nunde vastundi.. pinch of salt is also ok..drink lot of water u will be ok
