as AP govt released a circular in dec-2009, 42000C spent on jalayagnam (more than 20 projects 90% finished, more than 50 projects, 75% finished), with additional 6000C, total of 84 prjects would have been finished. out of these funds, more than 40% came in AIBP scheme from centre. Out of total 80L houses, 40L houses built in AP alone. 12500C, came to AP farmers in loan waiver.
