Last time in 2012, he participated in voting and cast a Neutral vote.

This time, he supported the No-confidence motion just because it was the only way one could speak and have a meaningful discussion in the assembly which otherwise is impossible due to frequent disruptions.

Anyway, In the end, he abstained from voting as the no-confidence motion is just a gimmick as we all know.
