direct sue cheyyalante, any attorney can file it for you in the court, if ur claim looks hopeful, attorneys wont charge u upfront, lekapote upfront fee pay cheyyamantaru..court visits charge chestaru. ledu nenu DIY kind of guy ante, search for ur local county's small claims court and file it there, few counties allow online submissions also | ||

oka company ni..nordictrack.com/icon fitness. here is the whole ordeal.. nov thanks giving ki oka elliptical order chesa with installation warranty ec etc dec 1st week lo broken machine delivered..the middle party jb hunt final mile services is supposed to deliver and install and they said its damaged and took it back.. no updates after that..customer srevice not reachable..cut cheste in jan2nd week, they delivered it again..again broken..took it back..again no updates.. i got frustrated and raised a dispute with my credit card company...it was in final stages of settlement..then their customerservice called and asked me what is the problem..i explained..they promised to deliver a new machin(a better one to keep me happy for the whole mess) and requested me to drop the case..i called discover and dropped the case..and discover notified nordictrack.. nordictrack confirmed that in email also..and they created an order for a new shoipment deliver installation etc etc..i have written email confirmation of the new order etc.. day before yesterday they called and said..you have raised the dispute again and our dispute department is very upset about it..i said i didn't raise any and called discover..they confirmed the transactions are valid.. cut cheste ee roju mail that they will refund the money.. probably giving a better machine didn't get the approval and so they backtracked now.. i want to sue them for waste of time, mental agony and this whole fuxking ordeal..ela proceed avvali..they are not bbb accredited Who is this DB member? |
