It is a horrible misconception among general public that eating carbs sufficiently before exercising giving a required gap before actually starting working out helps release sufficient energy during your work-out time. I have lethergy towards weights , so i run (ante almost 3 months break taruvatha malli start chesanu. First run with your existing shoe for a week and if you like running then buy new shoe based on your gait type
