7 point pinch test and also mirror..mirror will give u correct info..nanga mirror mundu nunchoni chusko :D

fat loss without muscle loss is very taking process..u wont see diffference day to day..so pateince is important.. many people do crazy things when tehy dont see results immediately, that will screw everything...so be pateint..6 pack is a lifestyle..

adi professional kaadu..that is healthy living and chasing after strength..everyone should do that..

how big u become depends on ur diet.. if u eat a lot regularly and train frequently (ofcourse, breaks teesukovali) u will eventually become big..

but do u want it? adi question..

set up a goal... like i want to be 170 lbs with 8-10% bf..and after reaching that goal, u will just maintain ur muscle mass ..

hrithik gadu 6'4 height meeda 190 lbs untadu with 8% bf

if u r 6, 175 lbs with 8 -10 % bf looks killer..u look lean mean..

simple rules

if u do squats, deadlifts, pullups, rows, bench press...u dont have to do any ab workout exclusively..those will work ur abs

if u dont do any of the above (that means ur training sucks atleast to me) then u have to isolate ur abs..

okka sari paina cheppindi clear ayyaka, aa abs kanapadali ante strictttttt diet..dedication important here..

u can see ur abs at any point with patience, perfect diet..

and regarding body building kochen, professional ante enti nee uddesam lo? i hate to be like arnold..that to me is not asthetic.. and ala avvatam easy kaadu..neeku teliyakunda avvalevu..daniki yrs of hardwork, food , dedication imp..so tension padaku..

strength is important..stength comes with muscle mass (though not directly proportional always)..

I am always confused on Heavy lifting and Body structure babai..

Na main aim is less body fat with good structure including 6pack.

I might have achieved 50% of it but long way to go..

Heavy lifting ante squat lo I am near to my weight but i am thinking whether to continue on heavy lifting or just stay at same stage and do every day until my final rep..

exactly...it is their livelihood...they invest a lot of effort and time into it...not to discourage any1 here but a very small % of us can reach that level...common ground establishment is important...so STRENGTH is key

Normal people like you and I should maintain 20% to 30%, akkadiki 25% exceed ayithe you are in the wrong range.

Now Body-fat taggisthey saripothundi ani kaadu, it is a necessary condition, but not a sufficient condition. Body-fat is mainly built out of deposited glucose. Sugar, and sugar related stuff completely maaneyandi - like rice, dal, wheat items like chapati, bread, fruits other than berry family, fruit-juices too, potato, beans. Completely cut off carbs, or reduce it to less than 20% of daily intake, prefer trans-saturated fats like Olive Oil, Butter, Ghee, nuts like Almonds, Cashew etc. Every 2 hours eat something, drink coffee or milk without sugar. Take whey protein twice daily, 2 scoops each time in a glass of water or milk.

The entire diet plan above focused on the fact that all muscles in the body should gain mass, build more tissue. Your work-out routine should be to stress the muscle, and then allow it to build itself. Keep supplying protein. as I said, try to find more about strength training
i wasted so many years following so many dumb routines where I would hit the plateau very quickly as my strength gains would stop and I would loose the drive

my current goal is to recoup all or part of my previous muscle strength
I dont have access to a gym...i work out at home
dumb bells and a bench is what I have along with some accessories like a 20 lb rubberized barbell
keeping this in view I made my routine as below

every day I warm up with 10 mins cardio( eliptical) and 3 sets of prisoner squats in 20 rep range
day 1 : Monday
dumb bell squat
3 warm up sets, 3 work out sets ( each set is 5 reps)
db bench press
3 warm up sets, 3 work out sets ( each set is 5 reps)
db dead lift
3 warm up sets, 1 work out set ( each set is 5 reps)

db lunge/db step up
3 work out sets ( each set is 8 reps)
db fly/db incline press/db decline press/db pull over
3 work out sets ( each set is 8 reps)
db shrug/db incline rows
3 work out sets ( each set is 8 reps)

first group is for core strength movement
In the second group o each work day - I do super sets
for example one set of lunge, followed by one set of fly, one set of shrug with no rest in between and resting only after one cycle

day 2 :
dumb bell squat
3 warm up sets, 3 work out sets ( each set is 5 reps)
db shoulder press
3 warm up sets, 3 work out sets ( each set is 5 reps)
db bent over barbell rows
3 warm up sets, 3 work out sets ( each set is 5 reps)

db lunge/db step up/db romanian deadlift
3 work out sets ( each set is 8 reps)
db lateral raises/db scaption
3 work out sets ( each set is 8 reps)
db shrug/db incline rows
3 work out sets ( each set is 8 reps)

on non lifting days...do cardio for 30 mins at moderate to high intensity, followed by abs

keep log of the wts you are lifting
starting phase lo you should increase 5 lbs (combined wt) every time you do the routine
for eg you bench press with 30 lb dbs on Monday,
on Friday you should do with 32.5 and 35 the next time

for dead lifts, the wt increase is 10 lbs every time you come back

you will stall as this linear progression has to stop after a while
first block will be your shoulder press gains

do a DELOAD for a week and come back...
Deload antay suppose you stalled at 100lbs , next week lift around 85 lbs
and come back to 100 in week 3

as I said, this is for my current situation...I will move stuff around
my ultimate goal is barbell training...If I am truthful to above training till end of this year...I will shift to that

plz research and see what fits you

Monday - For Chest

Tuesday - For Shoulders

Wednesday - For Biceps

Thursday - For Triceps

Friday - For Legs

Saturday start again From Chest....

But DAILY dedicate 15-20 mins for ABS.... 15-20 mins for Cycling.... 10 mins for Push ups.... Total Gym Time should be minimum of 2-2.5 hours....




with due respect thamud,
this is a very bad program
you might see some visible gains for the first 3 months as your body is new to weight training but I dont see this working for more than that time, no strength gain

this kind of isolated, working a body part once per week is for intermediate builders...and intermediate level means not 6 months at gym...it means
your squat wt ~ 1.5 times body wt
bench press ~ more than body wt
deadlift ~ close to twice body wt
shoulder press ~ 70% of body wt

dont compare your workout programs to saruk/ritik's programs...they do it for aesthetic sense...it is their job to do so not yours...they have a steady support staff...you are on your own

do strength training for an year or two...your gains will be much more than theirs

best way for a newbie to loose fat...conc on heavy compound movements, eat healthy and mix in your cardio days with wt training

google for strength training, rippietoe starting strength programming
even if you hire a PT...ask them specifically for strength training...if they make you work on a machine or chalk out a program like above...not worth the money

Wednesday - For Biceps

Thursday - For Triceps

Friday - For Legs

Saturday start again From Chest....

But DAILY dedicate 15-20 mins for ABS.... 15-20 mins for Cycling.... 10 mins for Push ups.... Total Gym Time should be minimum of 2-2.5 hours....
