Jagan's didn't like continuing as an MP without IMAGINING himself as CM and came out started a party. That doesn't make him a HERO and CHAMPION of democracy. It is all internal squabbles of a congress party which PUBLIC should care. The same people who signed up, didn't come out and join the Jagan.
Suppression of DEMOCRACY is when Jagan WON elections and govrner picked some other party. I don's understand WHY you are claiming SUPPRESSION of democracy about what happend to Jagan.

As I said in my example of Murderer getting caught for a traffic violation, he got punished for murder in the END. So the reason for the arrest might NOT BE for the muder, but arrest was LEGAL and proving the MURDER was ALSO LEGAL in the example.
Similarly in Jagan's case also, his ARREST might have been due to the fact that he rebelled against his bosses, but STILL LEGAL. Now they are DIGGING all the THINGS which is ALSO legal.
Bottom line is Jagan is a CULPRIT and NOT INNOCENT and definitely NOT A HERO atleast to me. |

While I DON'T care what the MOTIVE was for his ARREST, I DO CARE whether his ARREST was LEGAL or NOT.
I STRONGLY beleive his arrest was COMPLETELY LEGAL and infact it was OVERDUE. I am GLAD that it happend. It is like arresting a MURDERER on a TRAFFIC VIOLATION and then charging him with murder during investigation. |
