just send a mail to A, B, C and D with your manager and senior arch in copy.. say this issue surfaced and in conversations of D and senior arch it turns out senior arch was not able to find his or her own ass in a dark room.. D learnt this and shared it with us... so thank you D and also A the topic is closed.. complaint cheyyakunda D ki kaaluddi.. also ensure your office mate (your team arch is on board with this).. then you can personally talk to your manager about this | ||

Zuri, I asked D to share the info (in person). She refused. My manager asked me about team dynamics yesterday and she already knows about the problem child. Last week one of the best guys on our team requested to be moved out of our team because of D. Why am I bringing my manager in? issue enti antey. lets say team lo A, B, C and D unnaaru. oka email vachindi senior arch nundi about the existence of a possible issue. A, B and C are trying to discuss who is going to chase this issue. D is missing from the team meeting. Fact 1: A fixed this issue in the past. Did it resurface? or is the senior arch working on an antique task branch instead of using latest master code. Fact 2: I saw D in senior arch's office. Fact 3: D walks into my office and starts talking about her conversation with senior arch to my office-mate (who is the arch on my team). I ask D to share her findings with A, B and C so that they won't waste their time chasing the issue, because the Senior Arch was indeed using old code. There is no real issue.
