Boil potatoes, mash with some cream (whipping cream), milk , butter and salt to taste. Quantities can be adjusted to taste and consistency you like If you like garlic mashed potatoes you can crush some garlic, microwave with a lil butter and add to the mashed potatoes..same with any herbs like rosemary, basil or thyme This was staple post tonsillectomy food for my son.
