no one gives any guarantee until you see the conclusion and results of it. UN intervene ayithe it will be partial annadi assumptions. But atleast have to make things clear. One doubt that i have why UN Intervention is denied by India is, UN may say lets conduct plebiscite and make a decision. | ||

The point is simple - its a bilateral issue and no self respecting nation will allow external third parties to decide one way or other, which do not have any knowledge about the issues and emotions involved.
