Why they hate him.?! He provided Transparent Governance...!! Yes, The best of what India has seen so far. Remember those days when we used to hear, Surprise Visits by CM to see the quality of roads being laid, Surprise Visits by CM to see the transparency in Delivery of Certificates to Public, Surprise Visits by CM to see the quality of medicines and punctuality of Doctors, Surprise visit by CM to see the Hygienic conditions in Slum areas and Hospitals, Surprise visit by CM to see the if the Teachers are in time at the Schools, The list goes on.... In his 18 hours of his schedule everyday, CM CBN used to give a surprise visit to various government bodies and used to see if the governance was Transparent, Down to earth and reaching public in Time, With the best quality and Without CORRUPTION. He knew that Government Employees including the Chief Minister himself are all Public Servants and he proved it in Action, I'm sure. This never got repeated in INDIA. India has seen it once in Real(CBN) and twice in Movies. I remember this incident wen I was 11 yr old kid, huge chaoas around the Govt hospital which in right infront of my home, 3 Cars moving in a Convoy, I was told by my dad that, Who can come in 3 Cars to our town must be Our CM. Its interior of Telangana region, CBN was at hospital by 8.30 A.M, which means he started in HYDERABAD at 4.00 in the Morning and waited to see when will the Doctor come. Doctor came down at 10.45 am while the patients were waiting for the doctor to come, closing his Private Clinic after someone Ran and told him that CM was also waiting for him, Suspension orders were given at the spot.(being a Govt doctor, one is not allowed to run a private clinic in office hours.) After incidents like these from him and his Ministers, Government employees realised that they are paid to serve People whose Tax turn into their Salaries and they have to be Punctual, Transparent towards the service they should deliver to the Public. IAS officers were given rights to take constructive decisions over development and achieved wonders working with the government. CM used to talk to public everyday over PHONE on a TV program "PRAJALATHO MUKHYAMANTRI (CHIEF MINISTER- WITH PUBLIC)" which involved complaints over governance, corruption and various other problems which were dealt with great speed from the CM's Office Monitoring progress of each issue reported. Can any CM of these days Dare speaking to Public on public issues.? He did it. U have to be an Awesome Administrator for it. Passports in Time ,medical Treatment in time, Birth Certificate- In Time, you name the Service from the Government it used get served IN-TIME and NO-BRIBE was required. Andhra Pradesh was ranked No.1 in Transparent and Last in the Corruption Index in India way back then. Sadly there was not enough Media and Technology to record all the Great History of our Leader CBN in his Rule. Star Director Shankar (Director of ROBOT) in his Movie "Oke Okkadu" has reeled CBN's rule over the Lead actor Arjun. (LINK AT THE END ) Later, things changed, Politicians from other parties talked to Goverment officers who were against the CM as he was asking them to work with dedication and work fr what they are paid for, As they were not really used to Work, They helped the politicians to come in rule and are Enjoying the Lazy life. *** In 160 Lakh Crores of our budget Appx. 55 Lakh Crores go to Govt Employees salaries - How accountable they should be to our State and its Public.??? *** Where did we end up now .? Every Government sector is filled with CORRUPTION now. IAS Officers in Chanchal Guda Jail. If put enquiry in every sector, Half the employees will follow these officers to the Jail. Where is Tranparacy.? where is Accountability.?? Dare going to a Goverment office and get something done with out BRIBE. forget about IN-TIME, It will never work without Bribe. Corruption everywhere, its is so bloody open and rates for Bribe are fixed too. Passport- Rs.2000, Birth Certificate- Rs.500, Driving License- Rs.1000 list goes on..!!! They Made corruption Official. That's why they LOVE him and Hate CBN as he gave Corruption Free and Transparent Governance. Want to see those Golden Days where the Real Meaning of Public Servants to be fulfilled. VOTE for TDP.
