Akbaruddin ,since has been repetitive offender will be asked to explain each and every controversial speech meanings . 2. Does he understand the doctrine of intolerance towards Police and Law and instigating Crowds will lead to more damage to muslims itself ,hence should be not allowed to speak in public for 8 yrs ... 3. He should step down as MLA . [he can contest nest time with 1 non-controversial campaigning speech] If it were a HINDU COUNTRY 1.
