genarally, if such is the case AWS issues a notice saying that performance issues vunnayii ani on their website...they also specify the region where thay are having those issuess.. If netflix alone is having issues, nenu anukodam it is their code base's inability to handle the high traffic kavotchu kada...amazon just provides cloud space... Hmmm.... | ||

there are SLA , how much time needs to be up and what is expected up time, so amazon most likey will be able to match it. May be it is ok for Netflix to be down for 20 hours an year, and the amount of money they loose may be acceptable; But the same thing may not be acceptable for the online Ecommerce site like ebay.com, where it cannot afford to be down on peak chritmas time.
