We cann't compare Modi & CBN. CBN was popular during his ruling and Modi is popular during his ruling (which is more recent). But, for me personally, MODI >>> CBN. The reasons for my thinking is, MODI doesn't have any MAJOR corrpution charges where as CBN had.
