Shame on our Country's governance and laws that these kind of incidents are happening so often that its like a repeated Gang rape on our society. Middle east lanti laws undaali like public execution. Women are never safe in INDIA. They will always remain soft targets. All the hype and hoopla surrounded around this incident will die down. All of us will go back home, tun on the television,watch the news which is sensationalized, our tempers will rise momentarily, give our opinions amongst our near and dear ones and then finally go to bed.... What a shame, especially when you hear things like this happening in the nation's capital where law and order and security should have been at its best. Rapes and eve teasing is not new in Delhi. I still remember, back in 1992 there was an artcle in India Today that said 95% of women in Delhi are sexually harassed/eve teased/groped/molested atleast once. It also talk abt women scared of using buses. Especially when getting on and off the bus, in order to protect themselves from groping, they carry safety pins and push pins and pierce them on the hands. They didn't have the separate entries in the bus for men and women like we have in AP. | ||

Another nice article.... Another point worth discussing is punishment for the criminals. Public wants the accused to be hanged. But is it the exact solution? When we talk about justice, it means to be equal. Is death really equal to the pain, the tortures and the social disgrace a woman carries after such incident? Such a woman has no future, to be loved, to be appreciated or to be at least known by her own identity! Criminal will remain in peace after death, is it justified to the daily insults she bears afterwards. We all know what happens to such woman. No man comes forward to accept her, because she has a devastated vagina! No girlfriends talk to her because that would turn down their social image too. No shopkeeper talks to her because he would lose important customers. Then, what the use of such life, when she is actually dead! My justice says to provide the equal tortures to the assailants by the victim itself! Let them be physically harassed, beaten up and tortured until the victim is satisfied. They would think it’s a creepy thought but they can’t say to the harassment she had as beautiful either. So, when we talk justice why not to be justified? Ok, the exact amount of hurt might not be possible according to others but death is also not justified in such cases. Its justified when the criminal had done murder. It is impossible - atleast in Haryana, UP,Bihar,WB,Delhi etc - it is part of the culture there - some thing about manliness etc.... Even the traffic cops do it very regularly.... Most of the maid servants in Gurgaon are from Bangladesh or Bihar. And if they have to work in the apartments as maid servants - atleast some of them have to sleep with the cops | ||

North India was anyways a sick society long back...... Honestly - how many of us think about daily law and order as an issue? We should ask for 24 hr patrolling by the police, stringent punishment to Anti Social elements etc etc... The bus driver ram singh went out with his 6 friends ( 2 rkp sabzee wale + all bihari ) the girl and the guy was called by the driver and were given proper tickets ( the bus was a school bus with black curtains .. Not permitted for transport use ) the girl was 23 a very good student and wanted to reach dwarka mor. After they got in , the guys hit a rod on the guys's head and threw him out , then raped the girl one by one which was moving continuously in the posh areas of delhi and ncr. After raping her badly , one of them inserted a very long rod in her vagina which almost killed her and threw her out and ran away. She was lying in the middle of the road hurt and nude.. Not even single person helped her or covered her for an hour. When police came in no one helped them pick her up. They were just not interested at all. The girl's vagina + small and large intestine is totally damaged and she cannot live a married or normal life. Doctor said " main bayan nahi kar sakta ki ussne kya kya zheela hai ... Bolte hue muzhe dard hota hai ". She has gone in coma 5 times from 16th dec. She is unconscious , critical and is still crying. The ribs are damaged as well. That's the whole story And that's what delhi people are. And her only fault was that she took a wrong bus You have sisters , mothers , daughters and soo many females at home. Please don't sit and relax Its not that small deal ... Its bout your families safety.. WTF....is happening in our country....???? Is there any LAW???? Kill those ••••••• in public....
