Megapowerstar:babai, its not a good comparison. RM has the biggest advantage of super talented individuals like MM Keeravani at his ready disposal. Keeravani has an excellent judgement on movies and scenes and puts his blood for RM's movies. RM has exceptional PR and marketing skills. Krish ki aa advantages ekkuva levu except that he is a well read individual with exposure to Telugu literature.
avanni undadam vallane yamadonga, vikramarkudu hit ayi undochu covering many faults of RM. but, here people are talking abt core strengths, where krish faltered in his job in process of adding commercial elements.... |

Megapowerstar:One of the biggest faults I found was that when an emotion was rising, the next scene diluted it. Its not a typical to Krish's earlier movies that had a stellar screenplay.
correct. Rajamouli ki perfect fit ani cheppindi anduke... alaage krish gaadu not bad....kaani bazapa zendaala scenes anni cutting ayye sariki,,,,,emotion rising athukula bontha laa ayyindi... personal revenge commercial angle lo ettundochhu...but kaavalsina padding missing rock(8557):nenu ekkada nundi chupinchamantav. commonsense thappithe na dhaggara proof emi ledhu. |

Krish disappointed with this movie. Gamyam had a tinge of commercialism with an intellectual theme taking a bigger canvas. This time around I found a reverse of the above equation. the biggest minus was the "change" factor for the hero not properly defined. Krishnam vande jagadgurum is based on the kamsa chaanura mardanam wherein lord krishna kills his menamaama kamsa which forms the Krishna saaram of dusta sikshana and sistha rakshana. Unfortunately this main theme/thread was not the main conflict point...If a hero takes on a mining mafia it will be perfect for the background of Dasavataaram aspect shown in the trailer - how the manishi avataram comes to help others in need. If you recall there is a beautiful dialog saying "devudante saayam" in the trailer. I think that would have been a perfect plot for the movie. By adding a personal vendetta angle, the plot is reduced to a revenge drama. One of the biggest faults I found was that when an emotion was rising, the next scene diluted it. Its not a typical to Krish's earlier movies that had a stellar screenplay. Also, have you observed that many scenes had soft focus or absolutely no focus on any of the characters? |
