PERM (Labor) and I-140(Immi petition) both are OWNED by the EMPLOYER, nothing to do with EMPLOYEE to take along. All Employee can get is the PD(Priority Date) of the already approved I-140 if the EMPLOYEE want to apply for a new immigration petition(I guess it can be ported across from Family based to Employee based etc), then the employee can present already approved I-140 to pull the OLD Priority date. But ALWAYS employee owns the Immigration petition, you never can own it or your new employer own it.. | ||
