Maverick:

can't we just drop an extension cord behind the drywall?

You can do at your own risk. As per electrical codes, townships don't permit running extension cords behind the walls. You must have an outlet installed behind the TV.

Mana illu mana ishtam anukovacchu. Any short circuit due to malfunctioning of extension cord may cause fire.

tv wall mount self installation gurinchi mee opinion? manage cheyyaccha?

I wouldn't risk on 50+ screen. If you have expertise go for it.

Fishing the HDMI cable behind the wall is easy part. But running electrical wire is not easy. You need electrician for it. Also, make sure you run the nails/screws into the studs instead of using drywall anchors.

can we tilt it so that it starts from say 2-3 inches from top?

yes. The mount has tilt control which help to direct the image projection.

Projector is either hanging off the ceiling (projecting down) or table-top (focusing up). Positioning it at the middle of screen is preferable, but works off-axis too. You need to use ketstone control to align the image to screen if position is not optimal.

For the projector ceiling mounts, can we adjust the angle also in addition to height of the projector ceiling? I see that height can be adjusted say x inches from the ceiling depending on the projector.

Does the projector need to to be parallel to the ground all the time or do we usually have an option to tilt (up or down) so that we can raise lower the image on the wall?
