is that the same card to which you did BT? may be some other card? may be you are checking an expired card? try calling 1800 number and enter card number in IVR. if there are no accounts regd, how can you login into online account? (even cancelled credit cards all will show in online account.) check your credit reports on creditkarma or transunion etc.. | ||

i have had this card for long time (6 years+).. recent gaa BT kuda chesaa 0% apr tho for 10K. total due 12k range lo vundochu BUT online a/c lo ki login ayithe no accounts registered antundi. Sare ani malli register cheddam ani card number enter cheste.. invalid card antundi. After trying it couple of times customer service ki call chesthe... this card number doesn't exist in our system antunnadu.. card naa hand lo vundi raa.. card venuka vunna number ki call chesthunna ante... still no record antunnadu... verified with SSN also. Card still working ippudu total due ento teliyadu.. payment chese option ledu.. sudden gaa 2 months tarvata bill pampi late charges antaadu emo... any ideas? Don't say you don't have enough time.
