la boxing lo kick boxing is not just cardio.. they have heavy bags and you kick the bags as hard as you can.. just cardio kick boxing ladies ki aithe ok.. gents ki aithe koncham strength training kooda undali.. LA Boxing lo vaadu pushups,burpees, situps, squats anni cheyyistadu..+ kicking and punching the bag.. so it is full body work out .. stamina build authadi.. but if you want to look pretty and have six pack, big biceps etc., go to a gym and lift weights..

pulibongaram.. both sides unnay links + info.. i am following what bob says.. but i might have to check that again to make sure protein is converted to fat... here is 2 types of answers on side effects of toomuch protein:

protein ekkuva aithe problem enti ante -> unused protein converts to fat.. so you will gain weight.. inka constipation, bloating ilanti side effects untay..
anni limits lo undali so purdue vaadi perfect portions 5 pieces di chicken dorukutundi.. alantidi okkati set chesi freezer lo petteste.. neeku kavalasinappudu 1 piece thesi cooking chesi tinadam.. best option.. of course there might be other brands but easiest way is to get that..
also if you are working out you need to make sure you eat proportionate amt of protein start with 0.4gms per pound body weight of protein per day.. if you are very active maybe 0.6gms per pound body weight anthakante tinakaudadu.. so plan accordingly.. jai bolo bob harper ki..

one more food item i love.. if in india -> eat lots of home made perugu.. if not-> get fat free greek yoghurt with minimum ingredients.. i found one with only milk and probiotic cultures so you know it is safe.. safeway has this-> open nature.. plain

chitti.. oatmeal -- no surprise ingredients.. get the old fashioned oats-- add some milk and some berries (Trader joe lanti stores lo frozen berries dorukutay... cheap and best option)
lunch manchi protein rich(grilled chicken works well, somedays do fish .. or turkey.. beef lantivi tinevallaki red meat kabatti.. koncham limit cheyyali) + carbs (like rice.. but no more than a cup).. as per bob harper.. no rice/carbs after lunch
dinner no rice.. eat a grilled fish/chicken/turkey with veggies(like broccoli/spinach etc., ) stay away from potatoes in this meal..
main concept is to eat lots of protien.. and less carbs
and always before any meal.. drink atleast 8ounces of water
stay away from sugar filled stuff.. eat an apple if you crave a dessert or a snack.. fruits are awesome.. eat as many as you want.
ofcourse intha class peekanani naaku anni telusu anukovaddu.. i am just following bob harper's book.. and it works beautifully..

i agree with king.. there is no easy way.. if you want results.. eat right.. and work out.. packaged foods are a big No.. store lo edaina koneppudu contents choodadam nerchukovali.. fewer ingredients the better ane mindset lo undali grocery shopping appudu..

nanna..chitti..antha pedha essey enduku rasanu ante..I am 6.1 and weighed 205 on jan1st this year and now around 172. It was not easy to start and to stick to regime and with my travelling, I had to plan ahead .
So bottom line..pick your regime and stick to it. I stll mess up week ends, for eg.I drank like fish and ate like pig this week end after long time and mess up couple of my meals per week.
okokka sari I am lazy to workout and later it will be tough to get back on track..nenu chepochedemitante..nee pani nuvvu cheyi, result will folloow. So dont try any fad diets.
know your body and start small..you will see the difference. I cannot suggest any particulat fitness regime because you may not like what I do. I like running.. which may bore you.

Bob harper's book about skinny rules chaduvithe manchi ideas unnay.. ofcourse you cannot follow everything but some rules like drink a cup of water before any meal.. will help you cut down on your food intake.. protein compulsory in every meal.. ila manchi rules unnay..it is not magic formula based book.. it is based on good practices..
other than that go for some workout plan ( i like la boxing and its intensity) and try to workout atleast 5 days a week..
