Idi anta easy kaadule bhayya..they are bound by law, cant reject most rental offers, mostly you get worse tenants than if renting on your own. Also, Landlord has to pay their fee, not tenant. If a tenant is renting though a broker, he also gets paid by Landlords broker usually 25% of his commission out of 1 months rent. Also, Rental agencies dont collect monthly rent, only Property Maintainance companies do, they take cut from every months rent. Most of the times such Property Maintenance companies dont even accept if you have just 1 property. | ||

The man seems to be responding fine, and agree with my concerns. Eviction ki normally major reason "Non-payment" but ee muslodu first ki two days mundhe istaadu rent - so we cannot lie on it. But yah, public safety angle lo narakali. Today I am dealing with insurance agents on my existing HO6 policy, to see if they will amend for tenants and possibly cover without an inspection  I will consult an attorney once I get some clarity on whether they want to vacate voluntarily or want me to drag them to court, the man said he already started packing. Don't know if I can take his word,at the same time I don't want to make them flip out because I am pushing them too hard. | ||
