Farmer:SWKs 30 kii konnanu...daaamm ani23 kii padindhi...hold/sell/buy more??????
Hold it here, market overreacted on the stock. The numbers weren't high enough for the street at SWKS analyst day. They said they saw some weakness at other handset manufacturers. They are still going to do $3.00 in earnings for 2013, basing on those estimates the stock is trading roughly 8 times earnings. They have $3 content in new iPhone5. It might be a slow ride, at least for couple of quarters. At this point basically a long term holding. Only Thing We Have to Fear Is Fear Itself - FDR |

The S&P 500's SPDR ($SPY) exchange traded fund (ETF) moved sharply lower this week, and stands at a key support level of around $143. Traders are watching for a bounce off the bottom of the price channel with a near-term upper target of around $150. If the index breaks below the support, traders will be watching for the next support at the 50-day moving average at around $140.87. bad news: The United States markets moved sharply lower this past week due to a combination of profit taking, ongoing trouble in the eurozone and weakening economic data. New and pending home sales weakened more than economists had forecasted while the Chicago PMI came in at 49.7, which was below economist forecasts of 53.0, signaling a potential slowdown. However, the bulk of the economic data - including the U.S. employment situation - is due out next week and could move markets. In the eurozone, problems seem to be compounding even with the landmark agreement made earlier this month. The region's economic sentiment indicator fell by 1.1 points to 85.0, a seventh month of decline, while the market awaits the Spanish government's plan to restore its finances next year and additional economic data due out at the end of the month. all opinions expressed here are mine.. |

Conquas:$SMLP
Clean coal regulations tho energy sector chala changes ravacchu.... these regulations are boon for natural gas companies..... we are going to see more and more MLPs in the near future...... Over the long term, $SMLP believes that the prospects for continued natural gas demand are favorable and will be driven by population and economic growth, as well as the continued displacement of coal-fired electricity generation by natural gas-fired electricity generation due to the low prices of natural gas and stricter government environmental regulations on the mining and burning of coal. For example, according to the EIA, in December 2008, 49% of the electricity in the United States was generated by coal-fired power plants and in December 2011, 39% of the electricity in the United States was generated by coal-fired power plants. In January 2012, the EIA projected total annual domestic consumption of natural gas to increase from approximately 22.9 Tcf in 2009 to approximately 26.6 Tcf in 2035. Consistent with the rise in consumption, the EIA projects that total domestic natural gas production will continue to grow through 2035 to 27.9 Tcf. We believe that increasing consumption of natural gas will continue to drive natural gas drilling and production over the long term throughout the United States. As a result of the current low natural gas price environment, some natural gas producers have cut back or suspended their drilling operations in certain dry gas regions where the economics of natural gas production are less favorable. all opinions expressed here are mine.. |

High yielding MLP's in low interest rate environment: ee area lo chala companies vasthunnayi..... current trend idhi.... konni companies IPO thos vasthunnayi.... keep an eye on these.... winter ante... enrgy stocks ki pandaga... first of all, why you should consider these MLPs in your portfolio: The case for investing in MLPs is two-fold. Firstly, these companies are not taxed at the entity level and are required to pass through the majority of their income to shareholders, or unitholders, as they're called in this case. With the average MLP yielding a little above 6%, the sector offers significantly higher yields than comparable investment vehicles, such as REITs or royalty trusts. But unlike REITs and royalty trusts, MLPs are operating businesses with solid prospects for growing their distributions over time. Secondly, since most MLPs operate in the midstream energy space, they benefit from the secular oil and gas infrastructure build-out theme. As most energy investors are probably aware, we have a massive glut of natural gas in the country, driven by a rapid and sustained increase in production through major advances in drilling technologies. Similarly, U.S. oil production is at levels unseen since 1998. picks in coming posts..... all opinions expressed here are mine.. |

Trinity Biotech plc ($TRIB) - $12.57(09/28 closing price) Trinity Biotech (ticker: TRIB), an Irish maker of medical-testing equipment, puts the market at $325 million for its diabetes-testing instrument, the Premier Hb9210, launched in Europe in May 2011 and in the U.S. last December. The device tests for levels of HbA1c in the blood to determine whether a patient is diabetic and how well the disease is controlled. HbA1c, also known as glycated hemoglobin, is a measure of a patient's average blood sugar over the past few months. Trinity sells the Premier to hospitals and labs for about $25,000. Trinity shipped 83 Premiers in the first half of 2012 and expects to ship 200 by the end of the year. Trinity to earn 83 cents a share this year and $1 next year. $18.50 avvataniki chance vundhi... according to some analysts... all opinions expressed here are mine.. |
