i will frame few generalized rules and will update them in a thread in report abuse section. 1. three warnings before a ban 2. personal abuse or family abuse will attract immediate ban 3. celebrity abuse will get a warning or ban depending upon the severity 4. ban period will depend upon severity of abuse 5. if a mod is not present, then paste the link in the moderation log thread and action will be taken when mod sees the thread 6. retort to an abuse is not tolerated. you will have to wait for the mod to take action | ||

It would have been better if one of the regular member becomes moderator... Advantage is, regular members know what to moderate what not to moderate in regular disco context..they know the logistics better than a new member... Nominated post enduko pedda nachadhu naaku ....anyway, welcome | ||

hi, i am goonda's colleague and new moderator i am new to the db world and dont know much about how things work here. goonda showed me how to moderate but please bear with me while i learn the tricks of the trade if u have any questions or concerns mail goonda or i will provide u my mail id once i create it. i have few ideas to make my moderation as transparent as possible. i am planning to start a thread in report abuse section with moderation log. i will update the reasons with why i issued a warning or why i banned a user. let me know ur thoughts and suggestions and ideas |
