Jokes aside, Since you paid advance, YOU ARE BINDED BY AGREEMENT, which means you will have to pay what ever is the sale price of the home whether you choose stay in it or not.
Best option for you at this stage is Hire a Best possible lawyer to tell you how if you can get away with just the advance money you have paid or that you will have to stick to your agreement where in you will be paying up what ever is the selling price.
If the lawyer could make you to get away through just the advance, i'd say it'd be good riddance & otherwise make up your mind to stay in the house, last & worst option you would have is file bankruptcy & pack your bags to India.

unless it is the house of murderer, if you compare the stats of homes with one murder vs homes with two murders the homes with two murders would be way too less. statistically you are less likely to get murdered in a house with a random murder history.
