EAD 120 days mundu apply chesthe no problem. Naa laga 30 days mundu apply chesthene problem. I renewed EAD 4 times. Ee sari did not apply on time. SO had a problem. But otherwise EAD tho no problem. I did not want to go through visa renewals/stamping issues. Anduke EAD ki convery ayyanu. 5 Years no consulate issues. Ippudu EAD/AP combo cards kooda isthunnaru. Yes, EAD or Parole renewal kii avasarm ledhu, one more thing if you change your employer athaniki nee meedha kacha untee nee I-140 revoke cheyochu antaa this might cause problem anii vinnaa ... pls. confirm with Good attorney/immgraiton forums about this point alone..... yep, if your EAD expires before you get renewal, you MUST STOP working as you are not authorized to work, so plan for renewal as early as it is allowed to apply. But you can stay legally in this country as long as your I-485 is pending for approval. | ||

FOR AC21, there is nothing to do, but if you get RFE then you need to provide that though you changed your JOB but still performing the same duties what you intend to do after getting ur GC with yourprevious employer. I invoked AC21 and changed job in 2008. GC still pending for a long time. AC21 ani specific emi file cheyyale. AC21 is a provision provided (21 st century act or something) by USCIS to change jobs while your 485 is pending for a specific amount of time. | ||
