This is a light weight wide-angle zoom lens. Pros: Inexpensive. Light-weight. Cons: Not wide enough. DX lens (not suitable for FX cameras). Smaller aperture. Again, these verifications vary on market conditions. Few years ago, when housing market was going up, nobody questioned these. After the bubble, they see every small thing under microscope. That is just Middlesex county. Mottham NJ lo Edison school is not even in Top 50 list. If you move to different county, there are much better (newer) home and cheaper.
