Standard calculations in Project Mgmt is 8.5 hours/day. Never consider 24 hour for calcuation as the working hours is just 8.5 hours. Is it the same case with every ROB in India?? Why it is happening only in Kukatpally Do you know how many PersonHours are wasting due to this Bottleneck? Calculation: -------------- Vehicle traffic one way = 30k Two way = 60k/day Minutes wasted due to congestion = 15 minutes/one side = 30 minutes/day Total wasted person hours @ 1 person/vehicle = 1x30000x30minutes = 900000 person minutes/day = 15000person hours per day (8working hours/day) = 1875 person SKILL days = 1875x100 (100$/day @ 3k/month) = 187500$ per day = 10312500 Rs/day = 1 crore/day (nearly...worse in rainy season and cumulative affect on Habsiguda route not considered) = 200 Crores for 2 years delay Daily we are loosing nearly 1 Crore in traffic congestion at kukatpally. I seriously doubt whether JP worked out this kind of calculation and escalated it to higher officials on potential revenue loss. -3Mar | ||
