Sri Upendra Chivukula is a sincere and an ardent devotee of our Swamiji from the New Jersey area. He has espoused the same values that our Swamiji always believes in and has served the people of New Jersey with distinction for a long time. Swamijee has been giving His blessings to Sri. Chivukula Upendra and has been encouraging him to run for higher office and play a bigger role in Washington DC. This year Mr. Chivukula received the democratic party nomination for US congressional district and is up for election this coming November 2012. This is a good chance for all the Indian / Asian Americans who have made USA their country of residence to have a representation in the Washington.
