Most educated individuals should know that anything media puts on our plate is with agenda. So no surprise regarding China. But China is as corrupted as India and no government really cares for its poor. But the poor in China are better off than the poor in India. Even so, China's aim to win includes practices like placing children in human workshops to become athletes. So really, I will happily clap for the silver medalist from Germany or India than the gold winner from China. | ||

I have been to china numerous times and spent enough time there. They are more capitalists than americans. Yes, there are few restrctions on who can move to cities from villages etc but they are equally or more corrupt society than india, anything and everything has a price. | ||
