How? Last friday, fellow team lead and I were picking two people from each team to let go. Naaku emo aa roju raatrhimnidra kooda sarigga pattaledu. I knew them for a long time (some >4 years). Contracting world lo 4 years antey chaala ekkuva, but we have some contactors for 10+ years. Naatho paatu, picking of people to let go procedure lo participate chesinaathanu, free gaa move avuthunnaad ivaala. At 5 pm today he was talking in a lighter vein and laughing about something sith the guy he wanted out of his team. How? Layoffs ani topic raagaaney, without second though he said i want this guy out, he is useless. Ippudemo still ok with him. On the other hand, i had a tough time picking the people I had to let go. Today, i could not even look them in the eye. Some sort of guilty feeling. Official announment on who is being let go is not out yet. They will know in the next two days.
