You can transfer and get 3yr extension on previous 140 approval. You might need a copy of 140 approval for extension. If job requirements are similar, then you can port your previous PD. Is your new employer willing to do your GC in EB2 anedi very imfortant question.. he might say yes, but confirm with their attorney.. The problem i saw with my colleague is: he was a contractor and took fulltime with my employer. Initially my manager [unaware of immigration rules] promised him will do in EB2. But attorney came back and said tho he has a MS degree and the current position doesnt require MS but requires atleast 5yrs, they cannot file under EB2. kurrodiki shock.. oka 6months rachha rambola nadichindi.. somehow they managed to do in EB2. So baagaa depth lo elli kanukko.. also pay is very imfortant. In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  | ||

Work chetshunna client full time offer chesthunnadu ..2 times adigna ippati varaku Labour , I140 process lo undani edo manage chesthu vacha . naa situvation ippudu : * H1B 7th year lo unna (H1B 6 yrs completed and got 1 yr entension on labour) * Need to apply for extension in August 2012 on I140 * Naa PD : June - 2010 so ippudunna situvation lo transfer avalli anukunte naa existing I140 meda extension ki vellali..so emanan issues untaya, Patha comapny nunchi emanan documents kavala other than existing H1B Approval copy? Na PD ni batti kotha company ki move ayyaka malli GC process start cheyatam entha varaku advisable(last time may 2010 varaku vachi venakki vellindi..malli ravataniki inko 1 yr easy ga paduthundi ani guessing)? Client Company reputed medicare company and Offer is Work from home (last 3 yrs same company and working from home only)..anduke tempting ga undi Pay package inka teliyadu ..pi vatiki issue leakpothe appudu alochiddam dani gurinchi anid ecide ayya.
