HOA fees will more for individual houses than for town houses; Generally the HOA will take care of maintaining the town houses lawns etc; so you dont have to worry about cutting the grass or watering the lawn etc .. Town houses are less expensive , if you can get a corner lot and if the construction is good , you will just share one wall; in US there is no value for land , unless you live in some big cities like NewYork or LA or SFO | ||

Which one would u prefer ? I know house involves lot of maintenance and it's tough to sell it in a bad economy... I'm not so thrilled about paying HOA fees and sharing walls with our neighbors, etc... |
