No more kochens now...direct attack Jokes aside, For the past month or two, I am not losing much weight. I am planning to review my diet and shift to only cardio. Will start Weights + Cardio after I reach my weight goal. Your thoughts? Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.

Khandada:adding the four weeks to the previous 2 months efforts, slight results are vijible from 2012 start, waist(not pant size) went from 34.5 to 32.5...tarjettt is 31 by july still lots of flab around tummy but delts are looking great( liking it), back, legs are getting stronger

thanks sittesh for opening thed I am right now in week 4 of Kris Gethin's 12 week fogram, which focuses more on diet to get into shape along with a good intense workout adding the four weeks to the previous 2 months efforts, slight results are vijible from 2012 start, waist(not pant size) went from 34.5 to 32.5...tarjettt is 31 by july still lots of flab around tummy but delts are looking great( liking it), back, legs are getting stronger areas of improvement - do cardio regularly on non training days ustaad miya, last week you had some Qs, ...was more in ROM( though i shtill took time to answer sittesh's Questions - idiot1 , note this point!) ...when you have time, we could disco dance to learn more Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,Humpty Dumpty had a great fall |
